What is COD (Cash on Delivery)
Cash on Delivery is a safe and risk-free payment method and you only pay to our delivery associate upon receiving your items. This service is available through LBC courier. Please make sure you or somebody is around to receive and pay for your package at the time of delivery.
How Long does the Delivery takes?
Kindly expect to receive your items in 2-3 days within Metro Manila and 4-5 days in the provinces (Sundays and holidays excluded).

What is your Return/ Refund Policy?
DERMACOL PRODUCTS do meticulous quality checking before we ship the items.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inform us of the reason of return in a formal request via email or message on our Facebook Page along with the name used in the order.
Acceptable reason for refund:
- Item looks far different from actual photos - 100% Refund
- Wrong Item(s) Delivered - We will send another package and you can keep the old one (1st package).
- Order is Incomplete - Provide a photo of the item still sealed inside the bubble wrap upon receiving the package.
Refund dispute is only allowed within 24 hours after delivery.
We reserve the right to deny the request if proven not damaged/ incomplete/ defective depending on the information or details provided. Should you be approved for the refund, we will issue the dispute within 48 hours only through the buyer's bank account.
